We Price Your Job
We price your job from your measurements. In most cases we can give you a price on the spot in the showroom — if we need a little more time, we’ll be in touch shortly after your visit.

We Template On Site
Our team visits your kitchen and takes exact measurements. Usually done within 1–3 weeks of sign-off. If you're upgrading to a new sink, tap, or cooktop — have them available on the day.

We Fabricate
Your stone is cut and finished in one of our three factories, built to the exact shape of your kitchen.

We Install
For most renovations, we install the new stone in one visit. Your sink and appliances are disconnected prior to installation and reinstalled the following day. More complex benchtops may require an additional measure visit.

What to bring to your showroom visit.

Spend 10 minutes at home before you visit and bring your measurements into the showroom. Most quotes are done on the spot — if not, we'll have it to you the next day.

    Photos of your kitchen A few shots of the benchtop area, cooktop, sink, and splashback from different angles.

    Rough sketch or diagram A bird's-eye-view sketch showing how many sections your benchtop has and how they connect.
  • 3
    Length & depth of each section Measure along the front edge (length) and front-to-wall (depth) for each section.
  • 4
    Back edge measurements Where the benchtop meets the wall — especially important if you have an L-shape or U-shape.
